Beer 101

This program is a half-day version of the Academy of Beer. We will explore the history of beer, brewing ingredients and the brewing process. Participants will also discuss food and beer pairings and a professionally led tasting session will allow the participants to reach a greater understanding of beer and its importance to the beverage alcohol industry. The tasting session will be customized to your brand portfolio and will include a sample portion of each beer.

Sessions will be 3 hours in length and should be limited to 25 people maximum.

Knowledge is power and providing an opportunity to share this knowledge with your guests will lead to increased cheque size and customer retention.
