Proper Pouring & Glassware

If your goal is to provide the best beer possible to your customer while maximizing your profits, this course is for you. Participants will discuss issues associated with pouring a great draught beer. Hands on experience will allow your staff to learn proper pouring methods and handling procedures for glassware. These vital elements of this course will increase your profitability by showing the benefits of pouring with foam. Troubleshooting procedures for foamy beer or flat beer will also be discussed.

Sessions will be 3 hours in length and should be limited to 20 participants.
