Draught Quality & Troubleshooting

The most important part of delivering a great beer experience is your draught system. Participants will engage in a discussion forum, which will include some lecture and hands-on experience. Dispense gases, draught system components, gas pressures and troubleshooting will be included in this important session for all operational personnel. You will also learn the proper techniques for changing kegs and using other draught system components (FOB’s). Participants will also receive a Beer Gas 101 brochure from McDantim.

Sessions will be 3 hours in length and will be limited to 12 participants.
