Beer Appreciation

Beer is by far the dominant alcohol beverage in Canada.  Most of us see beer as the ultimate summer thirst quencher or something to be had after a sporting event.  The good news is that beer is much more than that.  It can take on a variety of appearances and has more flavours and aromas than it is given credit for.  Our goal is to help Canadians learn how to appreciate beer a little better.
