Meet Roger Mittag -
Professor of Beer

Roger Mittag is the founder and president of Canada’s leading beer education company, Thirst For Knowledge. Roger has been helping Canadians understand and appreciate beer since 1997 through tasting seminars, beer dinners and educational events. He is a consultant to several Canadian breweries bringing his extensive beer industry knowledge and enthusiastic approach to their sales and marketing teams.

Roger is currently an instructor at Humber College’s renowned School of Hospitality and also contributes regularly to TAPS and CHILL magazines. He also owns and operates The Beer School, which offers beer courses to consumers.
